HOW DO I SEND GIFT TO LOVED ONCE?

Buy goods as per usual process, when prompted to pay,  select the delivery address of the person you would like to send the gift to. If you would like a special note/card to be added in the box, please email us and will gladly do so!

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your door by one of our courier partners.

Standard delivery fee for all orders is R68. The price is standard regardless of where in South Africa the goods will be delivered or the size of the order. The relevant fee will be highlighted during checkout.

Standard delivery takes place during office hours and the shopper cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery.

There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.

In the case of standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process. If nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will make a second attempt to deliver on the next working day, and if at that time there is still no one to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. You will be refunded in the same payment method which was used for the order. Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed, given that the courier has attempted delivery twice.

As we keep the physical stock in our centralized warehouse, you should receive your order within 2 to 5 Days.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Return only via Courier:
Goods should be returned within two weeks from delivery date. The delivery cost will be paid by the customer. Please contact us before making any returns. Returns will be dealt with on a case by case bases. We prefer sending a replacement in case of broken items rather than inconveniencing our customers by going through the return process. Please ensure that you return the items in the same packaging as they were delivered in.
